One-click connect Turbo mode

Works the same in Claude, ChatGPT and Codex: add a custom connector with the URL https://mcp.grinfi.io and sign in with your Grinfi credentials (OAuth) — no API key to paste. Turbo mode is automatic: tools load on demand, ~95% smaller session start.

Pick your client below for the exact steps.

Needs a paid plan — Claude Pro/Team/Enterprise, or ChatGPT Plus/Pro/Business/Enterprise. Codex works on any plan that has MCP.

Need a connection token?

Only for the token-based setups shown in the tabs (Claude Code or Codex via config file). One token = one team; generate another for each team. Skip this if you use one-click sign-in above.

Get Your Cloud Endpoint

Enter your Grinfi API key to generate a unique MCP connection URL. No installation required.

Find it in Grinfi → Settings → API Keys

Your endpoint is ready!

⚡ Turbo mode tip: if your client supports custom HTTP headers (Claude Code, Claude Desktop config file, n8n, Zapier, custom code), use https://mcp.grinfi.io as the URL and put your token in an Authorization: Bearer <your-token> header instead — Claude loads tools on demand, ~95% smaller bootstrap. The legacy URL above also works and is simpler if your client only accepts a URL (e.g. Claude.ai web "Add custom connector").

Setup Instructions

Choose your client and follow the steps below.

Claude connects in one click over OAuth — no API key to paste. Requires a paid Claude plan (Pro, Team, or Enterprise).

Claude web & Claude Desktop
  1. Open claude.ai/customize/connectors — or in Claude Desktop go to Settings → Connectors
  2. Click "Add custom connector"
  3. Enter URL: https://mcp.grinfi.io
  4. Sign in with your Grinfi credentials and pick your team(s) — connect several and switch between them inside Claude
Claude Code (terminal)

Generate a token above, then run:

Your command will appear here after you generate a token above.

ChatGPT connects over OAuth — no API key or token to paste. Needs a paid plan (Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise); the Free tier has no custom connectors.

  1. In ChatGPT, open Settings → Apps & Connectors
  2. Open Advanced settings and turn on Developer mode
  3. Back in Apps & Connectors, click Create (add a custom connector)
  4. MCP Server URL: paste https://mcp.grinfi.io
  5. Authentication: choose OAuth, then sign in with your Grinfi credentials and pick your team(s)
  6. Save — the Grinfi tools register automatically. Hit Refresh in the connector if you ever add tools later.

On Business/Enterprise, a workspace admin may need to allow connectors first.

Codex (OpenAI’s coding agent) connects to Grinfi as a remote MCP server. Easiest is OAuth — no token to manage:

⚡ OAuth (recommended)
codex mcp add grinfi --url https://mcp.grinfi.io codex mcp login grinfi

Prefer a token in your config file instead of signing in? Enter your API key above, then paste this into ~/.codex/config.toml:

Your config.toml will appear here after you provide your API key above.

On older Codex versions, add experimental_use_rmcp_client = true at the top of config.toml to enable remote servers, or upgrade Codex.

Example Conversations

Just tell Claude what you need. Here are some things you can say:

Show me all unread LinkedIn messages and classify them by interest level
Claude fetches unread conversations, reads full history, and categorizes each lead as hot, warm, or cold.
Find contacts at Google who were created this month and add them to my CMO Germany automation
Claude searches contacts with filters, finds the automation, and adds each matching contact.
Send a follow-up LinkedIn message to Anna Schmidt saying we have a new case study for her industry
Claude finds the contact, checks previous messages to avoid repetition, and sends the message after your approval.
Stop all automations for leads who replied negatively and move them to the “Not Interested” pipeline stage
Claude processes each lead: cancels automations, updates pipeline, and marks conversations as read.
